I'm Eric D'Aguanno, a lead product manager with six years of product experience. Most recently I was a senior product manager at Runwise, where I built hardware and software that makes buildings safer, more sustainable, and reduces building utility costs. My work sat at the seam between the physical and the digital: control hardware in the boiler room, a wireless network linking data throughout the building, and the software that ties it all together for the customer right on their phone.

I like problems that don't stay neatly on one side of that line. Building software-defined hardware is part mechanical & electrical, part firmware, part field operations, and part understanding how to simplify all this for the customer through easy to use software. The best products I've worked on respect all of those constraints at once and require a full-stack product view.

Before Runwise I earned my MBA at NYU Stern, interned as a senior product manager at Gopuff, led product teams at L3Harris, and served five years as an officer in the 101st Airborne Division where I worked in aviation logistics and healthcare while managing teams of up to 125 soldiers. >. I'm based in Philadelphia and New York and currently seeking new opportunities.
